These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and any general informational properties of Omne, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company (“Omne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Holding Company Structure

Omne, LLC operates as a holding company. The following entities and operating names (collectively, the “Holdings”) are affiliated with or owned in whole or in part by Omne, LLC:

Each Holding may operate independently and may publish its own terms of service, end user license agreements, customer agreements, or similar policies governing its specific products and services (each, a “Sub-Entity Agreement”).

2. Precedence of Sub-Entity Agreements

These Terms apply generally to your use of this website and to your general relationship with Omne, LLC as a holding entity. Where you engage with, purchase from, or otherwise interact with any of the Holdings, the applicable Sub-Entity Agreement of that Holding shall govern that relationship. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and a Sub-Entity Agreement, the terms of the applicable Sub-Entity Agreement shall control with respect to that Holding’s products, services, and customer relationship.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, related systems, or networks.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, marks, logos, and the names of the Holdings, is the property of Omne, LLC or the respective Holding and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license or right is granted by your use of this website except as expressly stated.

These Terms, together with any applicable Sub-Entity Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Omne, LLC with respect to your use of this website.
